If the product you chose doesn't fit perfectly once you receive it, you can always swap it for another size.
The right place and the right price?
Usually, our webshop will automatically detect where you’re ordering from via your browser settings. In case you still end up in the wrong shop, you can always switch shops at a later stage. For deliveries to Switzerland & Liechtenstein please use dagsmejan.ch, for orders to Germany & Austria dagsmejan.de and for all other locations dagsmejan.com
The prices and currency you see is based on the chosen location :
- For clients with shipping address Switzerland or Liechtenstein, prices will be shown in Swiss francs, including VAT.
- For all other clients, prices will be shown in Euro or USD. For clients within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), USA or Canada, prices include VAT / sales tax, for all other regions prices do not include VAT / sales tax.
How do I order?
Ordering through the Dagsmejan webshop is super simple. Just add the products you are interested in to the shopping cart with the “Add to cart” button, you can then look at the content of your cart before making a final decision. You then follow these simple steps:
- Check the selection of products in your cart. You can adjust quantity or remove/ add products. When you’re ready, proceed to check-out.
- You are then asked to fill in your customer information and shipping address If you have a voucher code, you can input it here or later at the payment stage.
- Our products are shipped either in a premium box or lightweight polybag. On all orders above USD100 we offer free delivery.
- You can your order with credit card or PayPal. Also, if you haven’t entered your voucher code yet, you can still do it here.
- Once you have checked that all your details are correct, click “Buy now” and we will start to prepare your order right away.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Is the item automatically reserved for me as soon as it is in the shopping bag?
No, the item is reserved only once the ordering process has been completed.
How do I access my account?
On the website, click on “Account”, enter your email address and password and you are logged in. Here you will find your order history including delivery and billing address. Furthermore, if you would like to return an item, this is the page to initiate the returns process.
How to use vouchers?
Vouchers can be used just like any other currency. Simply input them at checkout when prompted, enter the voucher details and you’re done—easy!
Can I order by phone?
No, we accept orders only over the website.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten the password for your account, click "Forgot your password" when you try to sign in. Enter your e-mail address and you will be sent a link to confirm a new password.
Is there a minimum order value for the Dagsmejan online shop?
No, we have no minimum order value. If you place an order above USD100 you can benefit from free shipping or reduced shipping rates.
I did not receive an order confirmation.
You will receive a printable order confirmation by e-mail after placing your order. This may take a few minutes. Please check your spam mail as well. Make sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly. If you did not receive an order confirmation, there was likely a problem with the payment method selected. In that case, please contact our online customer service at: email@example.com
Can I change or cancel an order?
Because the process is automated, orders that have been placed cannot be changed and will be shipped as submitted. If you want to order more items, simply place a new order. If you changed your mind, please go to our RETURNS section to find more information.
Where and how can I find out about the status of my order?
Once the order has been dispatched you will get an email confirmation.
How can I see if an item is available?
Generally, all items shown in the shop are available. However, should an item ever be sold out, you will be informed during the ordering process. When you select the colour of an item, the available sizes in that colour are shown. Should an item become sold out after you have submitted your order, our online customer service will contact you.
What payment options are available?
You can pay for your order by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) or PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in USD (for dagsmejan.com) or GBP (dagsmejan.co.uk). Your bank may charge additional fees. For clients within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), USA or Canada, prices include VAT / sales tax, for all other regions prices do not include VAT / sales tax.
When will I be charged?
The payment is usually charged immediately. Once the payment is registered with us, your order will be processed.
What sort of payment confirmation will I receive?
If you are paying via PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation which also contains the link to your PayPal payment.
How does PayPal work?
PayPal is an online service that you can use to pay for online purchases securely and quickly. Your bank or credit card details are stored in PayPal,so you don’t have to enter them again for every purchase. PayPal payments are fast, so sellers can send the items right away and you should usually get them sooner.
Can I pay by PayPal without creating an account?
You also have the option to pay via PayPal, and can do so, without creating a PayPal customer account. In order to do this, select PayPal as your preferred payment method during checkout, and at the end of the ordering process you will be directed to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. However, if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
What about data security?
We protect our website and connected systems against the loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorised parties in line with the legally prescribed technical and organisational measures. When entering particularly sensitive data (e.g. payment data), we encrypt data using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with at least 128-bit encryption.
