These sleeping shorts are nicely made. I have three pairs. Two have had holes wear through like a 'ladder'. I tried to order a new pair. Trying to logon to my account was very difficult. In the process I messed up an order and it reset and I added an item at the wrong size. I immediately contacted the firm but was told the delivery process is automated and couldn't be halted or changed. So I had to wait for them to arrive then return and ask for a replacement. It took over10 days each way between Germany and Ireland. So having ordered on 6 July I finally got the product I wanted on 2nd August. Altogether too difficult to justify buying from them again.
