The fabric is lightweight and soft, but I agree with other reviewers who said it is hard to keep it from sliding off the shoulders. If you wear a larger size, be aware you may not have much overlap of sides across the hips. Tip for these who complained about the belt being hard to keep in place: loop or tie it around each belt loop to anchor it.

I debated about ordering it, and then about keeping it, based on value. In the end I decided I wanted a mix and match cover for various sleep pieces despite the price.

I have purchased 5 items, (female sleepwear) from this shop and have been very happy with the quality. My last purchase arrived without a belt. Upon notifying customer service, they apologized, and asked for a picture of the kimono without a belt, and a picture of my order sheet. Then I was asked to return the item in the original packaging, (which I had already thrown out), pay for the return and then I would be reimbursed.

Since the mistake was not mine, I felt this was not my responsibility to have to jump through all these hoops to fix a problem that I did not make. I emailed twice stating my thoughts on this. Still, the onus was put to me to fix. I am not happy with the customer service. I will not return and risk further loss. These are expensive items.

Buyer beware.
