I think the shape of the pillow is good because it really relaxes the shoulder area and therefore also the back. Or to put it another way: You wake up with less tension in your back.__ The size of the pillow is good, but could perhaps be a little larger for some people. The price is of course subjective. Sleep is important, so you can afford to spend a little on it.
