Where is my order? / Can I track my order?

You will receive a separate email with the tracking information of your order directly from our logistics partner DHL Express. This tracking information will be able to inform you where your parcel is and what the expected delivery date is. Should there be a delay in your shipment, the tracking information will indicate this.

I did not receive an order confirmation

A printable order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after placing your order, please note this may take a few minutes. Make sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly and to check your spam folder. If you did not receive an order confirmation, there was likely a problem with the payment method selected. In that case, please contact our customer service here via info@dagmejan.com.

What is the difference between the Dagsmejan premium box and light packaging?

Our Dagsmejan premium box is a free of charge giftable luxury box in which the item(s) will be sent if this Shipping method is chosen at the checkout. Available for orders above 70 USD.

If you rather have less packaging material, you can choose the light packaging option instead. Your sleepwear will then be delivered in a recyclable mailing bag. Bulkier items such as the women’s Relaxwear cardigan will be delivered in a giftable fabric bag.

Is the packaging sustainable?

Both our premium box and light packaging mailing bag are made from sustainable packing materials and are fully recyclable.

What is the expected delivery time?

It may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order at the fulfilment centre before it is shipped. After the processing of your order, shipping times depend on your location. Average shipping times can be found below. Please note that during peak times (holidays or specific sales) longer delivery times may occur.

USA & Canada: 2-4 working days

Europe & UK: 3-5 working days

Rest of World (Asia and Oceania, S&C America, Middle East, Africa): 4-5 working days

Who is going to deliver my parcel?

The delivery of your package is provided by our logistics partners in partnership with local delivery partners. In the US and Canada this is DHL Express. For Switzerland and Liechtenstein this is Swiss Post. For Europe this is Deutsche Post DHL. For the UK this is Exporto/Evri.

For all other countries your package is handled by DHL Express and handed over to the local post once it reaches the country of destination.

What are your delivery rates/shipping costs?

We offer free shipping worldwide for any order above USD 150. For orders below USD 150, please see overview below.

US, Canada and all European countries, : Free shipping from 150 USD, otherwise 9.90 USD

United Kingdom: Free shipping from 150 USD, otherwise 15.90 USD

Rest of the world: Free shipping from 150 USD, otherwise 19.90 USD

Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Will my parcel be charged with customs and import charges?

For US orders below the duty and tax-free allowance, no duties and import fees will be charged. For deliveries within the European Union, UK and Canada, no additional customs fees will incur.

For deliveries outside of these areas, there may be additional handling and / or customs fees or duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be payable at the time of delivery.

What are your delivery options?

Currently we do not offer any other delivery options than our standard delivery. For US & Canada deliveries we use DHL Express as the standard delivery method.

Do you deliver to my country/worldwide?

Through our delivery partners, we ship our products worldwide. For deliveries within Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please visit our Swiss shop dagsmejan.ch. Orders for all other countries can be placed on dagsmejan.com, dagsmejan.de or dagsmejan.co.uk.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

During the order process you have the possibility to enter a different shipping address from the billing address.

Orders that have been placed cannot be changed and will be shipped as submitted as the process is automated. If you want to order more items, you can place a new order. Returning an item is very easy, just follow the steps below:

2. If you reached the return center, please enter your order number, and email address and click «Find your order»
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
4. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label within 1-2 working days
5. Put the item(s) you wish to return, and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box or mailing bag (if available, please also include the original tags & packaging)
6. Address the outside of the package with the return label you have received; make sure that it covers the existing label
7. Take your package to the nearest post office or the parcel shop indicated on your return label

What is the return policy?

Should an item not meet your expectations, or you just need another size, you can initiate a return within 14 days. You can even test-sleep your new Dagsmejan pajamas for up to 14 days upon receipt of the parcel. Sleep in it, if you don't like it you can send it back for a full refund! Feel free to wash your item within the trial period however much needed. Do you have any other questions about the return policy or sleep comfort guarantee, please contact our customer service here or at info@dagsmejan.com.

For special occasions, we sometimes offer an extended return period (i.e. Christmas or Valentine’s Day). Please refer to our delivery & shipping section for any details.

Please note: Gift sets can only be returned for a refund in the complete set, single item returns are not possible. The exchange of a single item in the gift set is possible.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can make an exchange for items at the same or lower value of the original order. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account using the “account” tab on our website or click here. If you do not have an account yet, please go to the returns center here.
2. If you reached the return center following the link, please enter your order number, and email address and click «Find your order»
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
4. Select “Replace with the same item” and add which item you would like to exchange your order for in the “comment” section. Please add both the style name, color and size you wish to receive.
5. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label within 1-2 working days
6. Put the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box or mailing bag (if available, please also include the original tags & packaging)
7. Address the outside of the package with the return label you have received; make sure that it covers the existing label
8. Take your package to the nearest post office or the parcel shop indicated on your return label
9. We will send the replacement after 1-2 days upon receipt of the return. If the item for the replacement is not available, we will reach out to you

Have you received my return?

Normally it can take up to 4-6 working days for us to receive your return, in busy seasons it can take longer. Refunds are processed within 14 working days upon receipt of the parcel in our warehouse. Please allow for up to 14 working days before contacting us.

What happens when I return an item purchased with a gift card?

If you have paid for (part of) your purchase with a gift card and you return the order, the gift card will be recredited. This way you can use the same gift card in your next order again. 

The gift card itself is non-refundable; however, they are valid up to 2 years, so you have plenty of time to find a product that suits you perfectly.

Do you offer free returns?

We constantly work on finding the best solution when it comes to returns. We can currently offer free returns for Switzerland, Liechteinstein, EU countries, the UK, as well as the US. We are also working on a solution for free returns in Canada – please bear with us.

How long does it take to receive the refund for a returned item?

Normally refunds are processed 3-5 working days after the returned item has been received (but please allow up to 14 days). Please note it may take up to 4-6 working days for us to receive your return, in busy seasons this can take longer.

I cannot print my return label / I don’t have a printer, what should I do?

In our efforts to reduce our paper consumption we do not automatically add a return label inside of your parcel. Therefor we ask our customer to print the label themselves upon requesting the return.

Should you not have access to a printer and are unable to get a printed version of the label, please feel free to reach out to our customer service here via info@dagmejan.com and we can send you a physical label via the post.

Do I need to place a new order for my replacement request, or will it be processed automatically?

You can request a refund or a replacement in our return center, there is no need to place a new order. However, if you wish to receive the new product sooner, placing a new order is the fastest route.

I lost the shipping box can I still return my order?

Yes, you can return your order in any packaging.

Can I return several orders together?

Unfortunately, you cannot add returns from several orders in the same package. Please make sure to send each order return separately. This is the case as the return label is only identified with the specific order the return label was created for.

Can I return a single item from my gift set?

Unfortunately, gift sets can only be returned for a refund in the complete set, single item returns are not possible. The exchange of a single item in the gift set is possible.

How does the 14-day sleep comfort guarantee work?

We are so confident that you will love your new Dagsmejan sleepwear that we offer you a sleep comfort guarantee. You can sleep in your new sleepwear for up to 14 days upon receipt of the goods and if you don't like it, you can return it for a full refund.

Feel free to wash your item within the trial period however much needed.

How do I place an order?

Ordering through the Dagsmejan webshop is super simple. Just add the products you are interested into the shopping cart with the “Add to cart” button, you can then look at the content of your cart before making a final decision. You then follow these simple steps:

1. Check the selection of products in your cart. You can adjust quantity or remove/ add products. When you’re ready, proceed to check-out.
2. Fill in your customer information and shipping address. If you have a voucher code, you can input it here or later at the payment stage.
3. Our products are shipped either in a premium box or lightweight mailing bag. On all orders above USD150 we offer free delivery.
4. You can pay for your order with credit card or PayPal. Also, if you haven’t entered your voucher code yet, you can still do it here.
5. Once you have checked that all your details are correct, click “Buy now” and we will start to prepare your order right away.

Some of our items are regularly restocked while others unfortunately might be discontinued from the collections. Are your products Mulesing-free?

Yes, we use 100% traceable, mulesing-free NATIVA™ merino wool from farms in Uruguay that focus on the wellbeing of all animals in their care. All steps of the production process of Dagsmejan sleepwear are Oekotex certified to ensure that we take care of not only our customers but also the environment.

What are the washing instructions for the products?

Depending on the product there are different ways to care for your sleepwear.

Balance care instructions
Our Balance collection is made from 95% botanic beechwood fibres (Modal) and 5% Elastane/ Lycra. To keep your Balance sleepwear looking good for long use follow the below care instructions:

  • Our sleepwear is naturally odour resistant so there is no need to wash after every wear.
  • When you need to wash do it on maximum 40 °C– we suggest to use a laundry bag so that the fabric is protected from sharp zippers or Velcro’s
  • Avoid fabric softener and do not bleach this is harming the fabric
  • Do not use the tumbler best way is to dry horizontal
  • Iron on a low temperature
  • Do not dry clean

 

Stay Warm care instructions
Our Stay Warm collection is made from 38% merino wool, 56% Lyocell from eucalyptus and 6% elastane/ spandex. If you take care of merino wool correctly, it is a very durable and great material. These general washing guidelines help to ensure that your Stay Warm items stay nice for a long time:

  • Wool is naturally antibacterial and odor resistant, so you don’t need to wash it after every wear.
  • When you need to wash do it only 30 °C with a low spin – we suggest to use a laundry bag so that the wool is protected from sharp zippers or Velcro’s
  • Avoid fabric softener and do not bleach this is harming the wool - we suggest using wool detergent
  • Do not use the tumbler best way is to dry horizontal
  • Wool doesn’t wrinkle easily so there is no need to iron the garment, however if you wish to do so, please iron on low temperature
  • Do not dry clean

  • Do not wash after every wear.

How can I get additional discount codes?

You can receive a discount code of 10% for each product review of items of clothing that you have already purchased in a previous order.

I forgot to add a valid discount code when I placed my order during a promotion period, can I still claim it back?

The shop currency keeps changing to USD, how can I fix this?

The base currency of our International shop is in USD. You can view the prices in your currency, you will be charged in USD however during check-out. For EU orders you can place your order on our German webshop dagsmejan.de, for UK orders please visit our UK webshop dagsmejan.co.uk. For orders to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, visit our Swiss website dagsmejan.ch.

Where is my order? / Can I track my order?

You will receive a separate email with the tracking information of your order directly from our logistics partner DHL Express. This tracking information will be able to inform you where your parcel is and what the expected delivery date is. Should there be a delay in your shipment, the tracking information will indicate this.

I did not receive an order confirmation

A printable order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after placing your order, please note this may take a few minutes. Make sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly and to check your spam folder. If you did not receive an order confirmation, there was likely a problem with the payment method selected. In that case, please contact our customer service here via info@dagmejan.com.

What is the difference between the Dagsmejan premium box and light packaging?

Our Dagsmejan premium box is a free of charge giftable luxury box in which the item(s) will be sent if this Shipping method is chosen at the checkout. Available for orders above 70 USD.

If you rather have less packaging material, you can choose the light packaging option instead. Your sleepwear will then be delivered in a recyclable mailing bag. Bulkier items such as the women’s Relaxwear cardigan will be delivered in a giftable fabric bag.

Is the packaging sustainable?

Both our premium box and light packaging mailing bag are made from sustainable packing materials and are fully recyclable.

What is the expected delivery time?

It may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order at the fulfilment centre before it is shipped. After the processing of your order, shipping times depend on your location. Average shipping times can be found below. Please note that during peak times (holidays or specific sales) longer delivery times may occur.

USA & Canada: 2-4 working days

Europe & UK: 3-5 working days

Rest of World (Asia and Oceania, S&C America, Middle East, Africa): 4-5 working days

Who is going to deliver my parcel?

The delivery of your package is provided by our logistics partners in partnership with local delivery partners. In the US and Canada this is DHL Express. For Switzerland and Liechtenstein this is Swiss Post. For Europe this is Deutsche Post DHL. For the UK this is Exporto/Evri.

For all other countries your package is handled by DHL Express and handed over to the local post once it reaches the country of destination.

What are your delivery rates/shipping costs?

We offer free shipping worldwide for any order above USD 150. For orders below USD 150, please see overview below.

US, Canada and all European countries, : Free shipping from 150 USD, otherwise 9.90 USD

United Kingdom: Free shipping from 150 USD, otherwise 15.90 USD

Rest of the world: Free shipping from 150 USD, otherwise 19.90 USD

Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Will my parcel be charged with customs and import charges?

For US orders below the duty and tax-free allowance, no duties and import fees will be charged. For deliveries within the European Union, UK and Canada, no additional customs fees will incur.

For deliveries outside of these areas, there may be additional handling and / or customs fees or duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be payable at the time of delivery.

What are your delivery options?

Currently we do not offer any other delivery options than our standard delivery. For US & Canada deliveries we use DHL Express as the standard delivery method.

Do you deliver to my country/worldwide?

Through our delivery partners, we ship our products worldwide. For deliveries within Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please visit our Swiss shop dagsmejan.ch. Orders for all other countries can be placed on dagsmejan.com, dagsmejan.de or dagsmejan.co.uk.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

During the order process you have the possibility to enter a different shipping address from the billing address.

Orders that have been placed cannot be changed and will be shipped as submitted as the process is automated. If you want to order more items, you can place a new order. How do I return my order?

Returning an item is very easy, just follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your account using the “account” tab on our website or click here. If you do not have an account yet, please go to the returns center here.
2. If you reached the return center, please enter your order number, and email address and click «Find your order»
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
4. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label within 1-2 working days
5. Put the item(s) you wish to return, and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box or mailing bag (if available, please also include the original tags & packaging)
6. Address the outside of the package with the return label you have received; make sure that it covers the existing label
7. Take your package to the nearest post office or the parcel shop indicated on your return label

What is the return policy?

Should an item not meet your expectations, or you just need another size, you can initiate a return within 14 days. You can even test-sleep your new Dagsmejan pajamas for up to 14 days upon receipt of the parcel. Sleep in it, if you don't like it you can send it back for a full refund! Feel free to wash your item within the trial period however much needed. Do you have any other questions about the return policy or sleep comfort guarantee, please contact our customer service here or at info@dagsmejan.com.

For special occasions, we sometimes offer an extended return period (i.e. Christmas or Valentine’s Day). Please refer to our delivery & shipping section for any details.

Please note: Gift sets can only be returned for a refund in the complete set, single item returns are not possible. The exchange of a single item in the gift set is possible.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can make an exchange for items at the same or lower value of the original order. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account using the “account” tab on our website or click here. If you do not have an account yet, please go to the returns center here.
2. If you reached the return center following the link, please enter your order number, and email address and click «Find your order»
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
4. Select “Replace with the same item” and add which item you would like to exchange your order for in the “comment” section. Please add both the style name, color and size you wish to receive.
5. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label within 1-2 working days
6. Put the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box or mailing bag (if available, please also include the original tags & packaging)
7. Address the outside of the package with the return label you have received; make sure that it covers the existing label
8. Take your package to the nearest post office or the parcel shop indicated on your return label
9. We will send the replacement after 1-2 days upon receipt of the return. If the item for the replacement is not available, we will reach out to you

Have you received my return?

Normally it can take up to 4-6 working days for us to receive your return, in busy seasons it can take longer. Refunds are processed within 14 working days upon receipt of the parcel in our warehouse. Please allow for up to 14 working days before contacting us.

What happens when I return an item purchased with a gift card?

If you have paid for (part of) your purchase with a gift card and you return the order, the gift card will be recredited. This way you can use the same gift card in your next order again. 

The gift card itself is non-refundable; however, they are valid up to 2 years, so you have plenty of time to find a product that suits you perfectly.

Do you offer free returns?

We constantly work on finding the best solution when it comes to returns. We can currently offer free returns for Switzerland, Liechteinstein, EU countries, the UK, as well as the US. We are also working on a solution for free returns in Canada – please bear with us.

How long does it take to receive the refund for a returned item?

Normally refunds are processed 3-5 working days after the returned item has been received (but please allow up to 14 days). Please note it may take up to 4-6 working days for us to receive your return, in busy seasons this can take longer.

I cannot print my return label / I don’t have a printer, what should I do?

In our efforts to reduce our paper consumption we do not automatically add a return label inside of your parcel. Therefor we ask our customer to print the label themselves upon requesting the return.

Should you not have access to a printer and are unable to get a printed version of the label, please feel free to reach out to our customer service here via info@dagmejan.com and we can send you a physical label via the post.

Do I need to place a new order for my replacement request, or will it be processed automatically?

You can request a refund or a replacement in our return center, there is no need to place a new order. However, if you wish to receive the new product sooner, placing a new order is the fastest route.

I lost the shipping box can I still return my order?

Yes, you can return your order in any packaging.

Can I return several orders together?

Unfortunately, you cannot add returns from several orders in the same package. Please make sure to send each order return separately. This is the case as the return label is only identified with the specific order the return label was created for.

Can I return a single item from my gift set?

Unfortunately, gift sets can only be returned for a refund in the complete set, single item returns are not possible. The exchange of a single item in the gift set is possible.

How does the 14-day sleep comfort guarantee work?

We are so confident that you will love your new Dagsmejan sleepwear that we offer you a sleep comfort guarantee. You can sleep in your new sleepwear for up to 14 days upon receipt of the goods and if you don't like it, you can return it for a full refund.

Feel free to wash your item within the trial period however much needed.

How do I place an order?

Ordering through the Dagsmejan webshop is super simple. Just add the products you are interested into the shopping cart with the “Add to cart” button, you can then look at the content of your cart before making a final decision. You then follow these simple steps:

1. Check the selection of products in your cart. You can adjust quantity or remove/ add products. When you’re ready, proceed to check-out.
2. Fill in your customer information and shipping address. If you have a voucher code, you can input it here or later at the payment stage.
3. Our products are shipped either in a premium box or lightweight mailing bag. On all orders above USD150 we offer free delivery.
4. You can pay for your order with credit card or PayPal. Also, if you haven’t entered your voucher code yet, you can still do it here.
5. Once you have checked that all your details are correct, click “Buy now” and we will start to prepare your order right away.
6. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Some of our items are regularly restocked while others unfortunately might be discontinued from the collections. Are your products Mulesing-free?

Yes, we use 100% traceable, mulesing-free NATIVA™ merino wool from farms in Uruguay that focus on the wellbeing of all animals in their care. All steps of the production process of Dagsmejan sleepwear are Oekotex certified to ensure that we take care of not only our customers but also the environment.

Do you sell the garments in sets?

What are the washing instructions for the products?

Depending on the product there are different ways to care for your sleepwear.

Balance care instructions
Our Balance collection is made from 95% botanic beechwood fibres (Modal) and 5% Elastane/ Lycra. To keep your Balance sleepwear looking good for long use follow the below care instructions:

  • Our sleepwear is naturally odour resistant so there is no need to wash after every wear.
  • When you need to wash do it on maximum 40 °C– we suggest to use a laundry bag so that the fabric is protected from sharp zippers or Velcro’s
  • Avoid fabric softener and do not bleach this is harming the fabric
  • Do not use the tumbler best way is to dry horizontal
  • Iron on a low temperature
  • Do not dry clean

 

Stay Warm care instructions
Our Stay Warm collection is made from 38% merino wool, 56% Lyocell from eucalyptus and 6% elastane/ spandex. If you take care of merino wool correctly, it is a very durable and great material. These general washing guidelines help to ensure that your Stay Warm items stay nice for a long time:

  • Wool is naturally antibacterial and odor resistant, so you don’t need to wash it after every wear.
  • When you need to wash do it only 30 °C with a low spin – we suggest to use a laundry bag so that the wool is protected from sharp zippers or Velcro’s
  • Avoid fabric softener and do not bleach this is harming the wool - we suggest using wool detergent
  • Do not use the tumbler best way is to dry horizontal
  • Wool doesn’t wrinkle easily so there is no need to iron the garment, however if you wish to do so, please iron on low temperature
  • Do not dry clean

 

Stay Cool care instructions
Our Stay Cool collection is made from 91% Lyocell and 9% Elastane. To keep your Stay Cool sleepwear looking good for long use follow the below care instructions:

  • Do not wash after every wear.
  • When you need to wash do it on maximum 40 °C– we suggest to use a laundry bag so that the fabric is protected from sharp zippers or Velcro’s
  • Avoid fabric softener and do not bleach this is harming the fabric
  • Do not use the tumbler best way is to dry horizontal
  • Iron on a medium temperature
  • Do not dry clean

When will I be charged?

The payment is usually charged immediately. Once the payment is registered with us, your order will be processed.

We protect our website and connected systems against the loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorised parties in line with the legally prescribed technical and organisational measures. Please add all your desired garments in your shopping cart and then click on "CHECKOUT", so you can enter the discount code in the designated field called "Gift card or discount code" in the next step of the ordering process and then click on "Apply". You will see that the discount amount is deducted from the total amount immediately.

How can I get additional discount codes?

You can receive a discount code of 10% for each product review of items of clothing that you have already purchased in a previous order.

If you have placed an order, we will send you an email with a review request after you have had some time to try your Dagsmejan pieces. If you decide to place a review, whether positive or negative, you will receive a discount code upon completing.

I forgot to add a valid discount code when I placed my order during a promotion period, can I still claim it back?

The shop currency keeps changing to USD, how can I fix this?

The base currency of our International shop is in USD. You can view the prices in your currency, you will be charged in USD however during check-out. For EU orders you can place your order on our German webshop dagsmejan.de, for UK orders please visit our UK webshop dagsmejan.co.uk. For orders to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, visit our Swiss website dagsmejan.ch.

We recommend accessing our web shop via an updated Google Chrome web browser, Firefox or Safari.
