Sleeptember: the month of sleep

Sleep should be on top of our priorities all year round, but if lately you somehow happened to neglect it, this is the signal you were waiting for to get back on track with a healthy (sleep) routine. 

For many people September feels like New Year's Eve: that light summer carefreeness is fading, seasons are transitioning, new projects are starting and therefore it seems like the (2nd) perfect moment of the year to jot down an updated list of resolutions. Taking care of your sleep wellness should definitely be on it!
