I live in Southern California and bought both the long sleeve sleepshirt and the short sleeved. I sleep hot, sweat, wake up shivering and sometimes have to change my pj's due to being soaked!! NOT WITH THESE!! I tried the long sleeve because it was supposed to be cold, but it ended up being a hot night... they are miracle pjs!! I didn't sweat (if I did, it didn't wake me), I didn't wake up hot, I wasn't stuck to the bed - lol AND I WAS WEARING LONG SLEEVES!!! I would highly recommend these to anyone going through menopause!!

I am loving this sleep shirt even more than I thought I would. I didn't fully understand why the arms were styled relatively snugly, but the reason is so they do not ride up during the night. It is very comfortable and it helps me regulate my body temperature much better. Now, if my arm is outside the covers I am still comfortable. I have a cotton long-sleeved sleep dress but the arms ride up and it doesn't regulate heat as well. I am going to buy a shirt and pants set, as on very cold nights I find myself wishing for something fully covering my legs.
