Shipments to the United Kingdom

As of 2021, all shipments to the UK/North Ireland are now subject to import fees. We can not guarantee that deliveries to the UK/North Ireland will not incur additional customs fees, which will be carried by the customer. 

Which countries does the Dagsmejan Online Shop ship to?

Through our delivery partners we ship our products worldwide. If you want your order shipped to Switzerland or Liechtenstein please go to the Swiss shop. For all other countries you are now in the right shop www.dagsmejan.com

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow for up to 48 hours for us to process your order at the fulfillment centre before it is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Are there any other customs and fees?

With our warehousing set-up we try to minimize any other fees for our customers, i.e.

  • for customers in the European Union no additional customs fees will incur.
  • for customers in any other country, there may be additional handling and customs fees and duties payable which are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to ship as quickly as possible, you can find average shipping times below:

  • Europe: 2-6 working days (please allow up to 8 days)
  • USA and Canada: 2-3 working days (please allow up to 4 days)
  • Rest of World (Asia and Oceania, S&C America, Middle East, Africa): 7-15 working days (please allow up to 25 days)

Please note that at busy times (during holidays or at sale time) longer delivery times may occur. 

    Who provides the delivery service?

    Reliable delivery of your package is provided by our logistics partners in partnership with local delivery partners in your country. 

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation and information for tracking your order. Please note that we can only provide the tracking information as provided by our local delivery partners.

    Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

    Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the order process.   

    An item is missing from my shipment. Will it be sent later?

    If there are any missing items you should inform us within 2 weeks of receiving the parcel.

    What should I do if I have not received my package within the stated delivery times?

    Premium box versus light packaging

    You can decided if you want your parcel sent in a premium giftable packaging or in a light packaging. If you choose premium box your sleepwear is delivered in an exclusive, recycable box. For bulky items such as the women's relaxwear cardigan these are delivered in a giftable fabric bag.
