Sleeping better with this shirt, which is a big win - better than either no shirt or Eberjay sleepshirt. The snug, extra long sleeves reduce waking up numb from arm coming out from under the duvet. Night sweats also less but still happen - I got a second of these and switch if I wake up in the middle of the night with it wet.
I’m a hot sleeper, so I wouldn’t go for the warming products but kinda wish this was just a drop thicker - primarily in the arms. And having to hang dry is annoying but at least it’s machine washable.
Basically - not perfect but the best I’ve found and good enough to have bought two

I really am loving both the Long Sleeve and the Short Sleeve sleepshirts I purchased online. The material is just so cosy and comfortable without being heavy or bulky.
