I live in Southern California and bought both the long sleeve sleepshirt and the short sleeved. I sleep hot, sweat, wake up shivering and sometimes have to change my pj's due to being soaked!! NOT WITH THESE!! I tried the long sleeve because it was supposed to be cold, but it ended up being a hot night... they are miracle pjs!! I didn't sweat (if I did, it didn't wake me), I didn't wake up hot, I wasn't stuck to the bed - lol AND I WAS WEARING LONG SLEEVES!!! I would highly recommend these to anyone going through menopause!!

This is very soft material and works well. Doesnt cover 100% around the nose, but there is a different product for that.

Be careful in what you do in your PJs because the material stains and doesn’t come out. I guess that’s the joy of “alternate “fabrics. The eucalyptus is yummy, comfy. I guess if this is the price then don’t eat in your jammies!
